All products sold on lawsofgrind.com are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a download link has been issued — please review each product’s description carefully before buying.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure — for example, the files are corrupted, missing, or materially different from what was described — you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For problems that don’t amount to a major failure, we will fix the issue within a reasonable time.

Nothing in this policy — including the change-of-mind limitation above — restricts, limits, or excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Each purchase includes 5 downloads of your file, accessible from the confirmation page or the email sent to you at checkout. If you run into technical issues accessing your download within that limit — expired links, file corruption, or a failed delivery email — contact us and we’ll sort it out at no cost. This is a service issue, not a refund request, and we treat it accordingly.
