This policy explains what information lawsofgrind.com collects, why, and how it’s handled. We keep this simple on purpose — we’re a small, one-person digital storefront, not a data company.

What We Collect

When you make a purchase or sign up for a free download, we collect:

• Your email address
• Purchase details (which product, when, download activity)
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number, expiry, or CVC. Stripe has its own privacy policy governing that data.

We don’t ask for your name, address, or phone number unless a specific situation requires it (for example, resolving a delivery issue).

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to actually run the store. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Zoho ZeptoMail — sending your order confirmation and download link
• Cloudflare R2 — securely hosting the downloadable files themselves
• Vercel & Upstash — hosting the website and tracking how many times a download link has been used, so we can enforce the 5-download limit on each purchase

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

How Long We Keep It

Download records (which link, how many times it’s been used) are kept for 30 days after purchase, then automatically deleted. Email addresses tied to a purchase are kept for our own records and to respond to support requests; if you’d like yours removed, just ask.

Marketing Emails

If you opt in to the free download, your email may be added to a mailing list for occasional updates about new products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Email orders@lawsofgrind.com and we’ll handle it directly — no forms, no runaround.

International Visitors

This site is operated from Australia. If you’re visiting or purchasing from outside Australia, your information may be processed by the providers listed above in other countries as part of their normal operations (for example, Stripe and Cloudflare operate global infrastructure). We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure regardless of where it’s processed.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
